BRING YOUR OWN MAT and any props you like to use or just bring a bath towel if you have no yoga mat.
This Yoga Flow class is an invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body and centre in a supportive, private space. Each class weaves together mindful movement, steady breath, and moments of stillness to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness without pressure or expectation.
Expect a balanced flow that can be both energising and calming, with options offered throughout so you can meet your body exactly where it’s at on the day. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting to move and reset, this class is designed to feel accessible, grounding, and nourishing.

Casual attendance: $20 per class
